Back to work. All feels very odd. Slipped out to collect laptop. Very relieved to see it. Even more relieved to find RedHat 7.2 still intact after repair. All seems to be working, despite APM still not reporting sensible power information. Set up network with cheap yet nice little Netgear...

Woke up early to bid farewell to Hallski. Bruxelles in the rain was still sort of attractive so did some vague sightseeing before heading rather too early to the station. Long but pleasant journey home, with a long and less pleasant interval waiting at Waterloo for the train to Bristol....

Second day brings more interesting talks - especially the Jabber talk, and the very well attended and much anticipated Mono talk - which turned out to be quite technical and not the political or evangelistic extravaganza which some had predicted. Everyone was pretty exhausted and uncommunicative, so an early night...
