The funny little pkgview application makes it into the download section. It works, it's much quicker than when I first wrote it, and I now understand GtkTree* stuff much better. There is a picture of it in action here. ...

Back to work after brief holiday. Have been somewhat miserable since the weekend, but was somewhat diverted and even got reasonably productive somewhere along the line. Anxious wait for news from hosptial where friend is undergoing surgery - all is eventually well. Visiting in the evening. Sleep patterns all out...
