Physiotherapy first thing goes surprisingly well - I've got back most of the mobility in my shoulder, and now its two weeks of strengthening exercises to regain independent movement. Feel much cheered by this. Otherwise a reasonably quiet but non-frustrating day. There is soon to be a Bucknalls release on...

Another welcome chance to borrow modern bathroom facilities - which is just about the highlight of today. A strange and frustrating day really, especially after all the 'sorting' that's been going on all week. Vaguely apprehensive about Physiotherapy tomorrow, as I feel like I'm not making much progress. ...

Boredom is seemingly my worst enemy nowadays. A flurry of sorting done over the past few days - benefits applied for, insurance claim made, laptop returned to retailer to avoid repossession, and replacement for broken monitor delivered/installed.
