Not a great day in many respects. Firstly, suffering from my flippant and idiotic sense of humour and needing to make a number of apologetic replies to e-mail received in the wake of some IRC sillyness. Second, discovered that I didn't get the job. Feel somewhat limited in my options...

Woke up with recurrence of toothache. Usual tactics, including attempt to sleep it off. Finally gave in and bought strong painkillers. Balancing Energy finally opened today, so went over and leant support. Lots of coffee - and finally did some shopping. Later, had an experimental dinner and played word games....
